Welcome to Dealamundo ("Dealamundo," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dealamundo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

By using Dealamundo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the security of your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Notify us of unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for activities occurring under your account.

Consumer Use

Consumers may:

• Browse available deals

• Claim eligible deals

• Redeem claimed deals according to the terms established by participating businesses

Claiming a deal does not guarantee availability unless otherwise specified by the participating business.

Businesses may establish redemption limits, expiration dates, and additional conditions.

Business Accounts

Business users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information

• Creating truthful and lawful offers

• Honoring valid deal redemptions

• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

Businesses may not create misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful promotions.

Deal Availability

Dealamundo does not guarantee:

• Availability of any deal

• Availability of any business

• Accuracy of information provided by businesses

• Consumer eligibility for specific promotions

Deals may expire, be modified, paused, or removed at any time.

QR Code Redemption

Certain deals may be redeemed using QR codes or redemption codes.

Users may not:

• Duplicate QR codes

• Attempt unauthorized redemptions

• Circumvent redemption systems

• Use fraudulent or altered redemption credentials

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Interfere with platform operation

• Access unauthorized data

• Attempt to reverse engineer the Services

• Use automated systems to access the Services

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Misrepresent your identity or business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and content, are owned by or licensed to Dealamundo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers including:

• Apple

• Firebase

• Google services

• Other technology providers

Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealamundo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Availability or uninterrupted operation

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealamundo, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages

• Lost profits

• Lost business opportunities

• Data loss

arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dealamundo during the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dealamundo and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of applicable laws

• Content or offers you submit to the platform

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
